Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic $20-30/hr

Job Description

Conduct regular maintenance, inspection, and assembly of industrial equipment. Assemble mechanical components and oversee diagnostic tests to determine functionality problems. Be active in designing maintenance plans and tasks regarding upgrades and replacements. Maintain work logs, repairs, and maintenance records using a computer. Manage inventory and order new parts. Conduct assessments of equipment and machinery to alert clients on issues or potential proactive issues. Be knowledgeable and informed on safety policies, standards, and procedures. Prioritize safety and immediately report all incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions to your supervisor.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

Floresville, TX but expected to travel and base out of corporate shop in Casper, WY. All employees report to Casper and required to begin assignment there for training and onboarding. The travel is paid for.

Work Environment

Typical hours: 70 hours in 8-day period when crossing state lines or driving. Field tech: on call 24/7. OT expectations: 6 12's is maximum hours.
