Job Title: Machine Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled Machine Maintenance Technicians to perform repairs and preventive maintenance (PMs) on robotic equipment. This role requires expertise in electrical, mechanical, or fluid power systems, with a preference for electrical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on robotic equipment.

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to 480v.

• Maintain and repair mechanical systems including pulleys, gears, and belts.

• Handle hydraulics and pneumatics systems.

• Work with PLC and ladder logic control systems, including Allen Bradley and Siemens.

• Ensure smooth operation of conveyors and motors.

• Commit to a rotating schedule with advance notice for planning.

Essential Skills

• Electrical troubleshooting and repair experience.

• Mechanical experience with pulleys, gears, and belts.

• Proficiency in PLC and ladder logic.

• Hands-on experience with 480v electrical systems.

• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and motors.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $68640.00 - $91520.00
