Summary The Manager, Maintenance and Facilities is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of facilities and maintenance operations at Lancer. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that the physical infrastructure and systems of the Lancer facility are well-maintained, safe, and efficient. This role is accountable for coordinating maintenance activities, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with various building codes and requirements.
