The Participant Services Representative is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and maintaining provider/producer information to ensure compliance with business and credentialing requirements.

This role involves high inbound and outbound call volume from participants and/or prescribers when needed to start and process order requests; responsible for researching and investigating order issues using different softwares, and resolving customer requests.

Successful applicants must have a minimum of 1 year prior experience working within a high-volume call center environment in the healthcare industry. Must be able to commute 5 days per week to office in San Antonio, TX 78238.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and validate provider/producer information against business and credentialing requirements.

• Maintain accurate records in credentialing databases, ensuring data integrity.

• Conduct thorough research and analysis of sensitive provider/producer issues.

• Process agent onboarding contracts and verify necessary documentation.

• Validate insurance licenses and appointments for agents.

• Collaborate with agents to ensure records are complete and compliant with credentialing standards.

• Utilize various systems and online platforms to ensure accuracy and compliance with business regulations.
