The Participant Services Representative is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and maintaining provider/producer information to ensure compliance with business and credentialing requirements.
This role involves high inbound and outbound call volume from participants and/or prescribers when needed to start and process order requests; responsible for researching and investigating order issues using different softwares, and resolving customer requests.
Successful applicants must have a minimum of 1 year prior experience working within a high-volume call center environment in the healthcare industry. Must be able to commute 5 days per week to office in San Antonio, TX 78238.

Responsibilities
Review, analyze, and validate provider/producer information against business and credentialing requirements.
Maintain accurate records in credentialing databases, ensuring data integrity.
Conduct thorough research and analysis of sensitive provider/producer issues.
Process agent onboarding contracts and verify necessary documentation.
Validate insurance licenses and appointments for agents.
Collaborate with agents to ensure records are complete and compliant with credentialing standards.
Utilize various systems and online platforms to ensure accuracy and compliance with business regulations.
