Job SummaryUnder general direction, is responsible for performing comprehensiveoral health services for eligible recipients of the Health Department'soral health program; provides for the safety and welfare of patientsduring the delivery of dental services; and provides oral healtheducation for clinic patients and the community. Working conditions areprimarily in a medical environment. May be exposed to infectiousdiseases. Must be willing to comply with all OSHA regulations andcurrent immunization policies. Exercises direct supervision overassigned staff.This position is a "temporary grant funded" position, therefore it is unclassified and has no disciplinary appeal rights to the Municipal Civil Service Commission.
