Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a QC Manager for a large precast concrete manufacturer in San Antonio, TX. This individual will plan, coordinate, and direct the QC program. They will directly manage between 3-6 QC inspectors, implement the quality program, train QC inspectors, audit all products to ensure they are up to company standards, and respond to PCI for audit purposes. This individual should be comfortable with a hands-on management style and should uphold all Tindall values.

Skills and Requirements

HSD/GED

5+ years of experience in the precast QC field (open to QC leads/supervisors as well)

PCI Level 1 & 2 certifications

ACI Grade I certification >Associates or bachelors degree

QC management experience

PCI Level 3 certification null
