Description We are seeking a Quality Assurance Tester in San Antonio, Texas. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, where the successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and analyzing deficiencies in product function or performance, and recommending product or service improvements. The Quality Assurance Tester will also play a significant role in developing and executing a multifaceted testing framework.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and analyze deficiencies in product function or performance

• Recommend product or service improvements based on analysis

• Lead the quality and testing of key programs and systems in compliance with the company's quality standards and practices

• Develop and execute a multifaceted testing framework, including functional, system, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing

• Use skills in Android Development, Atlassian Jira, Automation Frameworks, Backend Development, and Bug Tracking to perform tasks effectively

• Apply AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Auditing, Automation Test, Business Requirement Document skills in daily responsibilities

• Utilize SQL, Selenium, and familiarity with the HealthCare Industry to enhance performance

• Ensure adherence to all relevant quality standards and practices as outlined in the Quality Management Plan. Requirements • Proficiency in Android Development

• Experience with Atlassian Jira

• Familiarity with Automation Frameworks

• Knowledge of Backend Development

• Ability to effectively use Bug Tracking systems

• Experience in AB Testing

• Understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies

• Proficiency in conducting Auditing

• Experience in Automation Test

• Capability to understand Business Requirement Document

• Proficiency in SQL

• Experience with Selenium
