Location: Downtown San Antonio

Are you an experienced professional with a knack for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in an office setting? Are you seeking a part-time opportunity that offers flexibility and the chance to work in downtown in a business environment? If so, we want to hear from you!

work hours: 8:30 AM - 12:45 PM

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors.

• Answering calls and transferring calls as necessary.

• Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in a timely manner.

• Managing meeting room availability.
