A local property management company in San Antonio, TX is looking for a Sr. Accountant with Yardi experience to start immediately.

Job Responsibilities include:

Posting to the General Ledger

Journal Entries

Bank Reconciliations

Financial Statement Preparation

Month End Close

Assist with Setting up the Accounting in Yardi.

Job requirements include:

Yardi Accounting Software is a must

3-5 years of accounting experience

Requirements - Yardi Software experience

• Yardi Property Management experience required

• Adeptness in journal entries

• Monthly Bank Reconciliation experience

• Bank reconciliations experience preferred

• Demonstrated knowledge of general ledger

• General familiarity with month end closings

• Yardi experience

• Demonstrated skills in interacting effectively, both verbally and in writing, with functional managers

• BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are desired

• Self-starter and strong ethical standards

• Corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems experience a plus

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Knowledgeable of ERP systems

• Experience in SOX control execution/documentation

• Competence with financial data analysis and report generation that is prompt and accurate

• Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment

• Minimum 5-7 years of overall general accounting experience

• Vow to meet business deadlines

• The ideal candidate will be highly-skilled with exceptional analytical, quantitative and social skills

• This position requires financial reporting systems proficiency
