AT&T Sr Specialist Employee Relations in San Antonio, Texas

This role is responsible for conferring advice and counsel, interpretation, direction, clarification, and guidance on a full range of Human Resources (HR) policies, practices, programs and issues, along with labor agreement interpretation.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

Primary contact to investigate and resolve HR inquiries directed from various business unit clients, union representatives and HR partners (e.g. Sr. HR Specialists, HR Generalists, Legal, Labor Relations, etc.).

Analyze and confer expertise relating to HR inquiries.

Develops and delivers performance management training/development tools for business unit clients

Position manages small to medium projects.

Recommends direction and confers expertise to a variety of business unit clients on HR issues, policies and practices and non-management collective Bargaining agreements.

Exercises judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

Primary liaison for employees in resolving HR issues.

Counsels managers on employee-related matters to ensure consistency across business units.

Education : Typically High School diploma or GED. Preferred Bachelors of Science/Bachelors of Arts.

Experience: Typically 2 -5 or more years of experience in related areas of responsibility. Supervisory: No.

Our Senior Specialist Employee Relations earns between $79,200 - $118,00 annually. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
