Description We are seeking a Systems Architect to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will work with a team of professionals to implement new technology into our computing environment and support the existing operational environment. This includes on-premise data centers, SaaS platforms, and cloud environments.

Responsibilities:

• Work in collaboration with a team of Systems Architects and Systems Engineers to implement new technology into the computing environment

• Support the existing operational environment including on-premise data centers, SaaS platforms, and cloud environments

• Implement, upgrade, and manage enterprise technologies such as VMware vSphere, CyberArk Privilege Account Management, and Active Directory

• Handle the Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform and Cisco UCS Computing Platform

• Manage and maintain the Nutanix HCI Platform and Red Hat Enterprise Linux

• Utilize Red Hat Ansible & Ansible Tower, Splunk Enterprise, and Solarwinds Systems Management

• Manage customer inquiries and monitor customer accounts for appropriate action

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently

• Maintain accurate customer credit records

• Leverage skills in Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Cloud Technologies, DELL EMC Technologies, Dell Technologies, AB Testing, Active Directory, Automation, AWS Technologies, Backup Technologies, VMware, Nutanix, and Microsoft Azure. Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role as a Systems Architect

• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies

• Experience with Citrix Technologies

• Knowledge and experience in Cloud Technologies

• Proficiency in DELL EMC Technologies

• Experience in Dell Technologies

• Knowledge of AB Testing techniques

• Experience in managing Active Directory

• Familiarity with Automation tools and techniques

• Proficiency in AWS Technologies

• Experience in Backup Technologies

• Knowledge of VMware and Nutanix

• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience
