Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, managing multiple client environments.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to create and implement technical strategies that align with their goals.
- Provide expert guidance on our products and services, offering solutions to technical challenges.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of technical solutions.
- Conduct regular client meetings, including business reviews and progress assessments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and concerns, escalating when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of five years of experience in technical account management, IT management, or related role.
- Strong technical background with a wide range of technical skills and expertise.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client environments and deliver outstanding results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into easily understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
