As our Senior Director of Nursing you will oversee service lines in Behavioral Health and Emergency Services, and seek to foster a service culture based on teamwork and continuous Improvement. You will be a servant leader providing consultative care and guidance to patients, family, and members of the clinical staff, and will strive to empower your staff, developing personnel trainings, providing mentorship, instruction and supervision. You will also spearhead initiatives and contribute to the provision of high-quality care.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (e.g. BSN) or equivalent education and experience and Master's degree in nursing or other-related field (e.g., MSN/MBA/MHA).

  • Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience and three (3) years of nurse leadership experience.

Licensure:

  • Registered Nursing License (RN) in state of practice.

Pay Range

$75.64 - $109.67 /hour
