Sales Ops - Analytics team partners with the Marketplace Business Development, Strategy and Ops teams to derive insights and make recommendations that enhance the experience for our partners and customers. You'll be part of a talented team that provides data-driven insights and recommendations to shape our sales strategy and drive the work of teams who help to shape how customers experience shopping on the world's biggest stage. We are seeking a dynamic Manager, Business Analysis and Insights to support our seller acquisition, operations and strategy. You will be responsible for the data and insights that power our seller acquisition and strategy teams, supporting areas like business development and seller onboarding. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in fast-paced and ambiguous environments, should possess strong problem-solving, exceptional analytical skills, and be able to design and execute on a vision for data-related initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Provide end-to-end analytical support for complex initiatives up to the executive level.

• Implement modeling solutions and execute advanced analytics to address unique business and technical problems.

• Support strategic recommendations to cross-functional leadership based on analysis results.

• Develop and implement data analysis strategies and anticipate future trends.

You will Make an Impact by:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Execute on strategy, priorities, and demonstrate adaptability to address business, resource, and operational challenges.

• Lead with a vision of how to execute analytical excellence, and implement this plan

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA/BS in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.

• 4+ years experience in Analytics, Data Science, Digital Analytics, or eCommerce Analytics.

• SQL programming skills, experience with big data technologies, and modern data visualization tools such as Looker and Tableau.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

• Ability to communicate technical material to various audiences.

Preferred Qualifications :

• MBA or Master's Degree in a related technical field.

• Background in Digital Analytics, Retail, and/or eCommerce.

• Knowledge of A/B and Multivariate test design and implementation.

• Experience using enterprise-level analytics platforms.
