Are you a highly motivated self-starter who loves organization and order? You might be a great fit for this File Clerk position! This File Clerk position will be responsible for performing various basic clerical tasks, including managing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems, operating office equipment, and completing general office work. The File Clerk role will be located in San Carlos, California and is a short-term contract / temporary opportunity (6 weeks). The work hours are 6:00am - 2:30pm

Responsibilities

• Faxing, archiving, scanning, filing, and word processing

• Must be capable of answering questions about records and files

• Supporting diverse projects for other employees as needed

• Find data within specific timelines

• Gathering and indexing materials to be filed from departments and employees

• Manage quality control of documents to ensure proper filing

  Requirements

• e-Filing experience desired

• Expertise in Document Scanning

• Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures

• Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request

• Experience handling office equipment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• A high school diploma or its equivalent is required of all applications for this position

• At least 1+ years of File Clerk experience preferred
