Robert Half Account Manager in San Diego, California

Description

We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to manage and develop relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. The Account Manager will act as the main point of contact between our major clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, develop new business from existing clients, and proactively seek new sales opportunities.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all customer account management matters.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

  • Develop trusted advisory relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders.

  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ensure a timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

  • Forecast and track key account metrics.

  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field.

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, or a similar sales/customer service role.

  • Solid experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
