Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The Assistant Property Manager will work closely with the property manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and efficient property management. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about property management and eager to grow in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with leasing activities, including showing units, screening tenants, and processing lease agreements

• Collect rent payments, track delinquencies, and follow up with tenants as needed

• Coordinate maintenance and repairs, including scheduling vendors, overseeing work orders, and ensuring timely completion

• Conduct property inspections and address any issues or concerns

• Assist with budgeting and financial reporting for the properties

• Maintain accurate tenant records and lease files

• Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Assist with marketing and advertising efforts to attract new tenants

• Support property manager with administrative tasks and projects as needed

  Requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in property management is a plus

• Previous experience in property management, real estate, or related field preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software

• Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and regulations

• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
