Director, Information Technology and Digital Transformation (1122)

Pay Range: $156,300 - $203,200 annually

Job Summary

The IT Director will spearhead the migration tonext generation ERP, i.e.SAPS/4HANA, driving our organization towards enhanced operational efficiency, scalability, and data-driven decision making. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a three to five-yearITplan and vision that align IT initiatives with our overall strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will have experience in leading ERP and Supply Chain Management initiatives and will have an understanding of production volume stressors and working with internal and external resources to achieve results.

Essential Functions

• Conduct a thorough analysis of current IT systems, identify areasofimprovement, and implement best practices for efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide strategic directionsand visiontoIT initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
• Oversee and take accountability for the solution design process by ensuring solutions that are aligned with business strategies and operational workflow and establishes budgets and vendor service-level agreements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teamsin the organizationto develop a clear roadmap and timelineforimplementation

• Oversee the development ofsystemrequirements for process or system solutions spanning multiple business domains by consulting with stakeholders and directing in-house IT teams,outsourcing IT teams,and contractors
• Monitor and evaluate IT performance metrics and reportthemtotopmanagement
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Math, Engineering, or Computer Science
• 12 years of experience in IT service, development, project management, IT operations team management, or IT consulting
• 7 years of experience in IT leadership with a focus on ERP technologies and large-scale migration projects
• Extensive experience in a manufacturing/supply chain focused environment (supply chain management, supply and demand planning, sales and operations planning)

Preferred Education and Experience Requirements

• Masters degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Extensive knowledge of SAP HANA architecture, implementation, and optimization
• Deep architecture and global implementation experience with key Supply Chain and Business Planning, ERP and web/mobile applications
