We are seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager, with a strong background in quality as well as knowledge of data analysis and testing methodologies. You'll work with engineering and quality engineers to ensure the quality of our consumer service products and lead cross-functional organizations to achieve department goals. Come join our team!

Description

As an Engineering Program Manager at Apple, you will support and manage technical programs focused on the quality of consumer service products. In this role, you will: - Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and mitigate risks throughout the software development lifecycle - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including automation, software, and quality, to ensure project milestones are met and provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, encouraging a culture of collaboration and quality - Tracking and reporting on progress, risks, and opportunities related to the project or technology area - Presenting key findings and project status to engineering and quality leadership

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Project / Program Management in a high-tech environment

  • Experience delivering customer-facing features or projects from concept through delivery

  • Experience with software development lifecycle in consumer media platforms

  • Experience running technical programs with cross-functional teams

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s in an Engineering field such as Physics, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related experience

  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills

  • Proven leadership on major, cross-functional software projects

  • A track record of quickly understanding technical concepts in a wide range of fields

  • Demonstrated ability to provide succinct, accurate executive summaries of project status and complicated engineering situations

  • Strong technical proficiency

  • Experience in driving quality results in a quality focused organization

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $129,600 and $236,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
