Job Summary

We take on the biggest, most complex mass excavation projects from San Diego to LA. We’re seeking a General Laborer who can confidently assist LB3 in building successful projects. If you love earthmoving, have a positive attitude, and love making an impact in your community, LB3 may be right for you.

You're Good At

• Discerning problems that can be handled by yourself, and problems that should be handled by management

• Handling field paperwork in a clear and concise manner

• Safely working around heavy equipment in production settings.

• Communicating with others including operators and managers.

• Living a drug-free life (must pass pre-employment drug screen).
