Description
Our client, a respected organization in the education industry, is looking for a dedicated and organized HR Coordinator to join their team. This role will support the HR department by assisting with recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and various HR functions to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace.
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating HR activities, maintaining employee records, and assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and other HR-related processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing top-notch HR support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Manage onboarding for new hires, including preparing new hire documentation, conducting orientation, and setting up employee accounts.
Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.
Provide general support for employee relations matters, such as responding to employee inquiries and maintaining positive workplace morale.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies related to HR functions.
Prepare HR reports and assist in data analysis to support HR initiatives.
Perform general administrative tasks for the HR department, including filing, document management, and scheduling meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative support (HR internship experience may be considered).
Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
