Description

Our client is seeking a motivated and versatile Human Resources Generalist to join their team and play a key role in fostering a positive, productive workplace culture. This role provides hands-on support across all areas of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a broad understanding of HR principles and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, benefits enrollment, and payroll support.

  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace issues.

  • Support performance management processes, including tracking goals and facilitating reviews.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.

  • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues in collaboration with leadership.

  • Develop and update HR policies, handbooks, and procedures as needed.

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and training programs.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
