Lead VIP Host

Your Journey    

• Lead in s eek ing out existing and new clientele and help them book VIP table reservations, explaining pricing, securing payment, greeting, seating, and delivering exceptional customer service to every guest.

• Lead and assist to f ield all sales inquiries for bottle service and market and promote events and the role on property while maintaining a level of professionalism that will make guests want to return

• Assist when needed guiding members of the Host team during operations when needed

• Actively build and market the venue and database

• Be an active participant in social media with the ability to meet marketing requirements outlined by management

• Deliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments  

• Lead and w ork as a team wi th management, bartenders, and service staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other associates

• Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needs  

  About You   

• You enjoy providing VIP treatment

• You excel in providing attention to detail and food and beverage steps of service  

• You have basic communication skills 

• You are open to learning, developing, and growing both yourself, personally, and helping others do the same  

• You are trustworthy and have integrity   

  Must Haves   

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays 

• Ability to collaborate in a team environment 

• Experience with social media platforms, a plus

• Verbal and written communication skills  

• Experience in marketing nightclubs or restaurants and/or related experience in a retail or marketing internship or related university marketing course work preferred

• Luxury hotel experience, a plus

  Physical Requirements   

• Grasping, holding, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending over  

• Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shift  

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift  

• Ability to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 100 pounds on a semi - regular basis

The pay scale* for Lead VIP Host is $25.00.

*The pay scale is the base salary or hourly wage range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and the like, that Montage reasonably expects to pay for the position.
