Our highly reputable client, an insurance defense firm located in Downtown San Diego, is actively seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team. This is a hybrid role that offers three days in their office, and two days remote.

Responsibilities:

• Propound and respond to discovery in insurance defense cases

• Conduct extensive legal research.

• Assist with trial preparation including development of witness lists, exhibits, and trial binders

• Draft case summaries and status reports

• Collaborate with our team of insurance defense litigators to advance case preparations

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience, with a focus on insurance defense

• Paralegal certificate is a huge plus!

• Proficiency in e-discovery and case management software
