Our client, a dynamic and growing organization in the Tech Industry, is seeking an organized and efficient Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, hands-on individual who thrives in managing office systems and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing office procedures, coordinating office resources, and supporting employees across various functions. You will play a key role in maintaining an organized, productive, and positive office environment. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the office space, ensuring it is organized, clean, and equipped with necessary supplies.

  • Oversee administrative support tasks, including answering phones, managing office correspondence, and greeting visitors.

  • Coordinate and manage office schedules, including meeting and conference room bookings.

  • Handle travel arrangements, event planning, and accommodations for employees as needed.

  • Maintain office equipment and arrange for repairs or upgrades when necessary.

  • Process and manage office budgets and expenses, including tracking invoices and receipts.

  • Assist HR and management with employee onboarding, benefits administration, and other HR tasks.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

  • Serve as the point of contact for vendors, contractors, and building management.

  • Organize office events and meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.

  • Perform other general administrative duties to support the office and team.

    Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

  • 3+ years of experience in office management or administrative support roles.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.

  • Ability to manage office budgets and expenses effectively.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with employees and vendors.

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in solving problems.
