Job Description

Pay Rates Starting between: $65-$85k/year base

The purpose of this job is to lead the execution of sales operational support initiatives and projects, and manage the Sales Teams processes within the divisions of SC Fuels.

  1. Establish relationships with new customers to achieve assigned sales goals and targets for both volume and GM

  2. Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales

  3. Prospect for potential customers via calls, in-person or emails, using various direct methods such as networking and utilizing lead generation tools

  4. Consult with prospect regarding business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefits of each

  5. Maintain a high level of relevant general knowledge in order to connect with prospects

  6. Work with internal technical staff and product specialists where required to address customer requirements

  7. Achieve monthly sales quota and KPIs

  8. Maintain relevant data on prospects and customers in Customer Relations Management system which must be updated daily

  9. Provide forecasts on sales volumes that will close in 90 days

  10. Work with Operations staff to address potential problems and ensure a great experience at the first delivery

  11. Work with marketing to plan and execute lead generation campaigns

Qualifications

  • Highly motivated individual with 5-7 years demonstrated success in consultative/solution based selling in a B2B environment within a relevant industry.

  • Experience selling at the senior management level with a proven track record of routinely closing deals

  • A college degree or equivalent experience and demonstrated success in sales

  • 3-5 years of relevant industry sales, and/or customer service experience.

  • Ability to travel within assigned region using own transportation

  • Knowledge and experience with CRM, Email Campaigns, and Graphic Design

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

  • In-depth knowledge and proficiency with content writing

  • Excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills

  • Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization

  • Ability to analyze data and present solutions

  • Ability to analyze problems and identify solutions

  • Strong project management skills

  • Travel required less than 5%

  • General office work requiring sitting or standing for long periods of time
