Company Overview:

Our client, a growing organization, is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage full-cycle payroll. This role ensures timely and accurate compensation while maintaining compliance with payroll regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for salaried and hourly employees, including taxes, bonuses, and deductions.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws.

• Manage benefits deductions, wage garnishments, and expense reimbursements.

• Prepare payroll tax filings and assist with audits.

• Use payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paycom, or similar) to ensure data accuracy and reporting.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of payroll experience.

• Proficiency in payroll systems and advanced Excel skills.

• Knowledge of payroll tax regulations and wage laws.

• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) is a plus.
