Rady Children's Hospital San Diego Physical Therapist I (Per Diem) - Clinical Services in San Diego, California

JOB SUMMARY:

Independently evaluates the movement ability of patients through the administration and interpretation of standardized tests clinical observation and patient/family interview. Builds individualized treatment plans and home exercise programs and provides patient/family training. Develops and implements innovative and specific treatment plans to improve the patient's functional potential or return to previous level of functioning based on clinical findings. Consults with medical team and allied health providers and documents all findings to render comprehensive intervention plans.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's Degree; or Bachelor's degree, if graduated prior to 2000

BLS for Health Providers (AHA)

California Physical Therapist license, or eligible if a new-grad or licensed in another state

Valid California driver's license and auto insurance required when applicable.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Doctorate Degree

2 years of experience

The expected hiring range for this position is $45.75 to $62.90
