As a Senior Sales Planning Product Owner on ServiceNow’s GTM Anaplan Team, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and supporting key business solutions and processes on the Anaplan platform. This position is essential in our fast-paced, high-tech environment, utilizing cutting-edge technology.

In this role, you will contribute to enterprise-wide strategic programs and major transformations across various business functions. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with extensive project execution experience in a high-growth organization, adept at managing complex enterprise programs. You will be the primary contact for business requirements, testing validation, process improvement, and documentation.

What you will get to do:

  • Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to evaluate business capabilities within their functions

  • Lead the development of future-ready GTM business systems, leveraging your expertise in processes and methodologies

  • Oversee the Enterprise Business Planning Transformation program, including roadmap design, service delivery model, business case, project milestones, and deliverables, while integrating best practices and technology solutions

  • Partner with business teams to develop delivery roadmaps, define and document business processes, and establish system requirements

  • Engage in end-to-end system implementation projects, including requirements documentation, solution design, system configuration, test documentation/execution, and issue resolution

  • Plan and prioritize system enhancements and support and upgrade implemented systems

Our ideal candidate:

  • Approximately 8+ years of FP&A and/or Sales Planning experience in functional/business process strategy, design, and operations

  • Proven experience in project management, including translating business requirements into technical criteria with clear acceptance criteria and maintaining Sprint planning readiness

  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles and processes

  • Experience with end-to-end business processes in Revenue Forecasting, Expense Planning, Headcount Planning, Long Range, and Annual Planning.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business and IT teams, make sound decisions, and drive alignment with authority and credibility

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating ideas in both business and technical terms

  • Creative, adaptable, and flexible, with the ability to contribute innovative ideas and adjust to evolving business needs

  • Experience with planning tools such as Anaplan, Hyperion, Planning Analytics, Adaptive Insights, or SAP BPC

  • High motivation, attention to detail, and a customer/service-centric mindset

For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $140,000 - $245,200, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
