Rady Children's Hospital San Diego Sr. Contracts Specialist - Genomics - Administration in San Diego, California

This is a casual position which is subject to renewal by 02/28/2025

JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Vice President, Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer, this position will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and gaining the necessary approvals for execution of contracts as needed to support the Company's needs. This is a unique opportunity to identify improvements to business processes, implement changes and lead the coordination of contracts within a growing team. The dedicated and ambitious person who takes this role will have a strong attention to detail and be comfortable working flexibly as part of a multifunctional team to solve both legal and business matters in a small company environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree

10+ Years of Experience

CA Driver's License

Multitask without loss of efficiency or accuracy, including the ability to perform multiple duties from multiple sources

Use critical thinking to solve complex problems

Interact professionally with a variety of individuals including partner organizations, colleagues and prospective partners

Understand, remember and follow verbal and written instructions

Demonstrated ability to negotiate in an ethical and professional manner

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's Degree

15+ Years of Experience

Experience using online Contract Management Systems, Salesforce or Microsoft Access Database

The expected hiring range for this position is $48.03 to $66.05
