We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer with a TS/SCI clearance. This individual will provide system engineering support for large-scale systems, major system elements, and/or interfacing systems. This role includes the following responsibilities:

  • Provide overall system engineering expertise in the architecture, design, development, requirements analysis, data flow, network design and/or implementation or testing for the program

  • Develop detailed system architecture/concept of operations briefings, generate systems requirements, and develop other system documentation

  • Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans

  • Interface with software development, testing, integration, deployment, and sustainment

Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance.

  • Bachelor s Degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be substituted for a Degree.

  • Must have at least eight (8) years of systems engineering experience in system design, requirements development and analysis for large integrated systems.

  • Must have experience with programs encompassing system architecture, requirements analysis, process execution, and evaluation.

  • Must possess a solid understanding of secure systems engineering and development

  • Must have strong verbal and written communications skills.

  • Must be committed to adopting and adhering to best practices.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Model based systems engineering experience a plus.

  • Knowledge of software engineering and development, software testing, and software documentation is desirable.

  • GEOINT experience

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $122870 - $208890

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
