Job Description

A client in the San Diego area is looking for a Subcontracts Manager to join their team supporting their Space Systems Division. They will be providing leadership and management to a team consisting of a lead subcontracts admin and 5 senior level admins that will be located across multiple offices. Their day to day will consist of managing subcontract policies and procedures, manage work assignments and provide direction to staff to ensure subcontracts processes meet assigned deadlines, and performing final review and evaluation of RFP/RFQs, source selection decisions, price/cost analyses, terms and conditions, and other subcontract documentation. This is a hybrid role, working a 9/80 schedule.

Skills and Requirements

Eligible to obtain TS/SCI Clearance

Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field

5 or more years managing contracts/subcontracts processes and personnel

11 years or more total experience creating, negotiating, and managing subcontracts (knowledge of Source selection, SOWs, various firm fixed, t and m, cost reimbursable subcontracts)

Must have a thorough understanding of applicable laws and regulations including Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), FAR supplements and the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). null
