Insight Global Accountant in San Francisco, California

Job Description

Our Accountant will be responsible for managing accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), the general ledger, and payroll. The ideal candidate should be experienced and capable of working independently, with a background in retail, inventory management, or manufacturing

What skills you will need:

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant accounting experience

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and ADP

  • Ability to work independently and proactively

  • Experience in retail, inventory management, or manufacturing preferred

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills and Requirements

  • Manage AP and AR functions

  • Oversee the general ledger and payroll processes

  • Utilize QuickBooks for accounting tasks and ADP for payroll management

  • Assist in transitioning to SAP accounting software, with full training provided

  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

  • Provide exceptional support to internal and external stakeholders null
