The Sales Operations Go-To-Market Productivity team at LinkedIn is dedicated to facilitating data-driven decisions that fuel scalable growth and enhanced productivity. We are seeking a talented Anaplan Model Builder to design, develop, and implement Anaplan models that support strategic decision-making for the Sales Planning teams.

Reporting directly to the Anaplan CoE Lead, you will play a key role in creating an Anaplan ecosystem that offers actionable insights to Sales Leadership, influencing strategic planning and investments. Collaborating closely with other model builders and Anaplan Solution Architects, you will focus on refining existing or creating new Anaplan models and fostering an Anaplan ecosystem with emphasis on sustainability, performance, and auditability.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Anaplan models to manage sales quotas and other GTM planning processes.

  • Create, maintain and improve existing Anaplan models, integrating new functionalities and resolving production issues to support regional sales operations.

  • Work with business subject matter experts and analytics professionals to identify automation opportunities and enhance data modeling capabilities.

  • Provide transparent feedback, effective communication, and progress updates to the product owner/s and project team.

  • Develop onboarding training materials and documentation for new team members and offer hands-on training to end-users for seamless Anaplan adoption.

  • Participate in data integration and migration solutions, as well as lead or engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment processes.

  • Create documentation to capture requirements, design solutions, and execute state activities, while leveraging and promoting Anaplan model building best practices.

Basic Qualifications

  • Certified Anaplan Model Builder

  • 2+ years of Anaplan model building experience

  • 1+ years experience of advanced Excel or Google Sheets

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience with a proven track record of success; industry experience in sales, finance, or management consulting preferred.

  • Foundational knowledge of SQL.

  • Proficient in formal system implementation methodology, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment (preferably Agile methodology).

  • Ability to adapt quickly to the dynamic needs of a high-growth business, capable of innovating solutions to solve complex business challenges.

  • Strong understanding of data integration (inbound and outbound)

  • Previous experience in Sales Planning use cases such as territory and quota planning.

  • Certified Master Anaplanner is a plus but not required.

  • Certified Anaplan Solution Architect is a plus but not required.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform is a plus but not required.

  • Familiarity with ETL tools.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The pay range for this role is $89,000 to $145,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
