Reputable employment firm is searching for a talented and motivated Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. You'll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of complex litigation matters, including class action defense, single plaintiff defense, and providing insightful advice and counsel to our clients.

This offers remote flexibility and a low billable requirement - 1600 hours/year.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Partner with senior attorneys on all phases of litigation, from pre-trial strategy to post-trial motions.

• Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive motions, briefs, and other legal documents.

• Utilize sharp analytical skills to identify key issues and develop winning arguments.

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and potentially manage junior team members.

• Build strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive representation.

  Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience defending employment litigation.

• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.

• A demonstrated track record of success and a strong work ethic

• A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.

• Admission to practice law in the State of California.
