Robert Half Business Immigration Coordinator in San Francisco, California

Description We are seeking a Business Immigration Coordinator based in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will be expected to perform a variety of administrative duties such as high-volume data entry, organization and maintenance of legal documents, and creation of client files. This role also involves tracking and monitoring the status of cases and handling incoming mail according to specified procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume data entry tasks efficiently and accurately.

• Organize and maintain legal documents that detail eligibility for visa classification.

• Execute clerical tasks such as copying, printing, and scanning.

• Create and manage both electronic and physical client files.

• Track and monitor the status of cases diligently.

• Circulate incoming mail according to set procedures.

• Use Microsoft Office Suites, especially Microsoft Word, to accomplish tasks.

• Provide administrative assistance as required.

• Ensure legal assistance is provided where necessary.

• Maintain a high level of detail and organization in all tasks.

This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. Requirements • Possess strong skills in Data Entry and Administrative Assistance

• Previous experience as a Legal Assistant is necessary

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and Microsoft Word

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Knowledge of business immigration procedures and processes is preferred

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with clients.
