The mission of Business Messaging is to be the primary way that people and businesses communicate across WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger. With the recent developments in Generative AI (GenAI), there is an opportunity to automate and simplify how businesses can use messaging and significantly reduce costs while simultaneously improving the customer experience and creating business value. The Business Messaging Organization is scaling investments across Generative AI to help more people and businesses get value.We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager who is knowledgeable and passionate about businesses and messaging ecosystems. This person will manage a team of seasoned PMMs working on GenAI messaging solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with B2B and/or GenAI products, with an understanding of industry competitive landscape, trends, and business models. They will lead a high performing team of individual contributors to develop strategy, key messages, and global launch plans to bring products to market. The leader will aggregate market insights to inform product development and risk mitigation, and will partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve how GenAI can unlock value for people and businesses. Excellent strategic thinking skills, cross-functional leadership, analytical and communication skills, and comfort with ambiguity are a must.

Required Skills:

Business Product Marketing Lead, GenAI Responsibilities:

1. Manage and scale a high-performing business product marketing team

2. Understand and evangelize for the needs of businesses, actively identifying gaps and opportunities to better serve the audience, shaping product strategies and plans

3. Partner with cross-functional team leaders to develop go-to-market plans globally, including positioning and cross-channel activation, and quarterback launches to support revenue and product adoption goals

4. Drive alignment across product and business teams for the purpose of unifying our vision and goals for our GenAI solutions

5. Provide thought leadership and recommendations working across our GenAI portfolio and shepherd product strategy and development

6. Independently navigate a variety of internal and external stakeholders to influence, align, and drive execution

7. Effectively communicate across the organization and execute on priorities with agility to evolve with business needs

8. 10+ years professional experience in technology, advertising, digital marketing industry or in management consulting working with these verticals

9. Experience mentoring and leading a diverse team

10. Product Marketing or Product Management experience in the web technology sector, with demonstrated experience contributing at strategic, operational and tactical levels

11. Experience working with advertisers or business enterprises

12. Experience presenting to large groups/C-level executives

13. Experience influencing behavior at variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional leaders

Public Compensation:

$189,000/year to $258,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
