EXOS Fitness Program Manager in San Francisco, California
Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a Fitness Manager to join our team. As our new Fitness Manager you will be responsible for:
Establishing and maintaining a solid client relationship.
Development of annual strategic plan and attainment of short- and long-term program goals.
Budget management and reporting.
Hiring, training and supervision of full and part time staff; Staff development and performance management.
Successful management of personal training and Pilates programs and departments.
Development, delivery and evaluation of health promotion, incentive and other specialty programs.
Performing fitness assessments, determining exercise prescriptions and conducting first workouts for a diverse population, including high risk exercise participants.
Supervising and monitoring the exercise floor.
Providing administrative support to members, including membership enrollments, terminations and general inquiries.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years management experience overseeing a large staff in hospitality/fitness industry
Current nationally recognized accredited personal training certification
CPR/AED & First Aid certified or ability to obtain certifications prior to hire
Preferred Qualifications:
Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Related Field (Kinesiology, Exercise Science, etc.)
Residents of CA: Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $80,000/year to $100,000/year. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
