Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Food & Beverages Manager in the Hotels industry. The position is based in San Francisco, California. As a Food & Beverages Manager, you will have the opportunity to use your skills in areas such as Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, BlackLine, Concur, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning. Responsibilities:
• Oversee the processing of customer credit applications, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain and update customer credit records using Accounting Software Systems.
• Handle customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Monitor customer accounts using ADP - Financial Services and take appropriate actions as needed.
• Manage the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded.
• Use BlackLine and Concur tools to carry out auditing tasks.
• Oversee billing functions, ensuring all invoices are issued and payments are received on time.
• Use ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems to manage various accounting functions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall business goals.
Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is essential.
• Familiarity with BlackLine software is preferred.
• Ability to use Concur for expense management is necessary.
• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is advantageous.
• Ability to handle Accounting Functions efficiently.
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Skills in Auditing are necessary for ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
• Experience in Billing Functions to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Understanding of the hotel industry and food & beverages management is essential.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
