This position will play an important role in connecting the dots across Brand and Consumer marketing touchpoints to create a holistic understanding and narrative that illuminates how our marketing is impacting business performance, as well as identifying ways to optimize future performance.

You will create deep, productive relationships with the owners of measurement programmes, who will span a variety of teams, such as Paid Media, Brand Campaigns, Market Research, etc. Your focus will be on leveraging data, insight and analysis from multiple sources to create simple, influential narratives that inform marketing leadership and the broader marketing organization on how well our marketing investments are delivering business growth, and how we are performing against our objectives. You will also identify ways to improve the performance of our marketing in the future, and work with a variety of Go-To-Market teams to implement them.

The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of marketing measurement, and be accomplished at translating results, analysis and insights into actionable marketing plans and strategies. They will also be a natural storyteller, collaborator and relationship builder. They will be able to spot trends and patterns in data other people miss, and be able to independently translate this learning into how we optimize our marketing - ie. the ‘so what’. This role could be especially well suited to someone with an advertising planning, media analytics or brand strategy background with strong data and analytical skills.

If you feel like you meet ‘some’ but not all of these criteria, we would still love to hear from you!
