Amazon Product Manager Technical, ART19 in San Francisco, California

Description

ART19 (an Amazon Company) is a leading audio platform, providing cutting-edge tools for on-demand hosting, distribution, ad serving, and audience measurement. At the intersection of publishers and advertisers, the company powers hundreds of millions of podcast downloads every month for the industry’s largest shows.

We are seeking a Product Manager – Tech to own the product vision for key aspects of ART19’s offerings, helping define and build new experiences across content analytics, content management, ad tech, and more to make it easier for podcast publishers to grow their audience and monetize their content. At ART19, product managers are the CEO of the features they build and closely collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Design, and more, to set strategy for, define, design, and directly manage all aspects of the customer experience. A successful candidate will be customer obsessed, highly analytical, have experience defining and delivering products at scale, and be adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into high quality, simple products and applications that our customers love. The ideal candidate will be able to boil down a big vision into a set of features we can launch iteratively and experimentally, and know how to build support for their vision while taking input from other creative contributors.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

  • Experience managing technical products or online services

  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

  • Experience with ad tech and programmatic advertising concepts.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
