What you’ll do:

· Manage merchant relationships and provide operational support.

· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth.

· Identify and resolve merchant pain points.

· Ensure efficient and timely onboarding processes.

· Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of relevant experience in operations, account management, or customer service.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

· Passion for the food delivery industry.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Note:

This role is Hybrid; thus, open to candidates in/around/near San Francisco, CA.

Pay Details: $31.00 per hour
