The Intuit media team, SMB MediaLabs, is searching for an Account Manager. Started in 2023, Intuit SMB MediaLabs is a first-of-its kind B2B media network focused solely on small businesses. SMB MediaLabs is powered by the unmatched 1st party business data of Intuit.

By leveraging Intuit’s 1st party data, B2B marketers now have the ability to put campaigns in market with not only extreme accuracy but also extreme efficiency. Advertisers that partner with Intuit SMB MediaLabs are typically large companies and they all have products and services to offer Small Businesses. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities helps shape businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide excellent client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of our clients and understand how our product offerings can grow their business. Working with them and your business development lead or leads, you help set the strategy for how their advertising can reach millions of SMBs.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 7+ years experience managing digital advertising campaigns, digital media sales/business development, and relationships with advertising customers and/or advertising agencies.

  • Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.

  • Experience in customer-facing business.

  • Experience optimizing and troubleshooting advertising products and services.

  • Experience with digital advertising campaigns on social, programmatic, CTV and search platforms.

  • Experience with multiple advertising platforms including: Meta, Google, The Trade Desk, LinkedIn, CTV, Xandr

How you will lead

  • The primary responsibility of the Account Manager is to work hand in hand with the business development team to make sure clients are well managed, have an excellent experience in working with our team, and grow their business with us.

  • Build and manage relationships with clients, and develop a deep understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.

  • Work proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a very high standard.

  • Supporting the media team in building media plans, proposals, wrap reports to present to clients and drive renewals.

  • Plan for, and achieve, business growth targets, through the presentation of advertising products/solutions and new capabilities that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.

  • Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.

  • Build an in-depth knowledge of how the advertising products that we offer work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
