Some responsibilities include:

• Accurately prepare and post journal entries, ensuring proper classification and adherence to accounting policies and procedures.

• Perform detailed account reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain the integrity of financial records.

• Able to communicate effectively with property managers and other teams.

• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, revenue, and fixed assets.

• Prepare and review monthly financial reporting.

• Complete ad-hoc reports on an as-needed basis.

  Requirements

Preferred background:

• Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting required

• 5+ years of general ledger (GL) accounting experience

• Real Estate experience exposure is highly preferred.

• Team Player, Collaborative, and Communicative
