Responsibilities:

• Lead tax advisory, preparation, planning, and review for high-profile clients.

• Deliver intricate tax planning and compliance services tailored to client needs.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to create integrated wealth planning solutions.

• Provide expert advice on various tax issues and leverage technology to enhance tax operations.

• Cultivate client relationships and engage in business development while staying informed on the latest tax trends.

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• CPA certification.

• Strong tax experience, particularly with federal and state partnership tax returns.

• In-depth knowledge of family wealth planning and equity compensation models.

• Excellent research skills with the ability to apply tax regulations effectively.

• Proficiency in handling complex Schedules K-1, foreign reporting, and multi-state filings.

• Outstanding communication skills, capable of working dynamically while ensuring client confidentiality.

• IT competency, especially with tax software and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
