Job Summary for Silicon Valley District Director (Monterey, Palo Alto, San Jose, San Mateo, and Santa Clara)

As a District Director your responsibilities will include growing business generation and profits within the Silicon Valley. Overseeing and establishing appropriate expense controls. Responsible for retaining and motivating key personnel, building infrastructure, and developing high-potential leaders. Communicates vision and values of maintaining the highest standards for operating excellence and ethics. Develop a district-wide marketing, advertising, and public relations program in conjunction with the District Marketing and Public Relations departments.

Communication/Collaboration

  • Communicate clearly, proactively, and concisely at all levels.

Business and HR Responsibilities:

  • Business generation, revenue, and pricing goals: Based on location.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years management or equivalent experience required.

  • 2+ years staffing professional experience required.

  • Proven performance in staffing professional and management roles.

  • Experience developing and managing budgets.

  • Demonstrated success in business generation, leading and driving business development.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office, databases, and other systems.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferred.

Salary: The typical salary range for this position is $175,500 to $225,000. The salary is negotiable depending upon experience and location. The position is eligible for a bonus based upon achievement of performance objectives.
