Location/Division Specific Information

Discover Impactful Work:

Develop a culture of continuous improvement and on time and in full, delivery performance throughout the Supply Chain Operation. This will be accomplished by providing strong leadership and training that focuses the team on safety, compliance with quality requirements, internal and external customer support, robust inventory control procedures.

A day in the Life:

  • Manage a team of hourly and professional colleagues who implement inventory control, planning, forecasting, receiving and distribution processes.

  • Develop effective metrics, KPI’s and monitoring programs to assure constant vigilance with respect to Supply Chain performance.

  • Lead all aspects of site delivery / performance to plan activities including manufacturing performance, on-time delivery, quality, improvement initiatives and helping facilitate issue resolution.

  • Prepare for and coordinate the execution of all shipping, receiving and material handling activity.

  • Direct the movement of materials to and from internal customers such as Production, Quality and Maintenance.

  • Ensure ERP transaction completion and accuracy for incoming, in-process and outgoing material.

  • Lead all aspects of the storage and disposition of non-conforming materials.

  • Maintain quality records related to shipping, receiving, dispensing of bulk stock, cleaning, preventative maintenance, hazardous material storage and any other documents as they relate to the operation.

Education

  • BS degree in Supply Chain, Materials Management, or Logistics

Experience

  • Minimum of five (5) years progressive leadership experience.

  • Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience or equivalent knowledge in Logistics functions.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Understanding and working knowledge of inventory control, shipping and receiving functions.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP (Oracle preferred) systems.

  • Must demonstrate customer focus, action/results orientation, verbal/written communications, and the ability to seek input and feedback from others.

  • Knowledge of cGMP.

  • Strong leadership skills, with both team members and peers, with an emphasis on relationship building.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $101,300.00–$151,925.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
