Adecco is partnering with a client in San Jose, CA for Warehouse Kitter opportunities! As a Warehouse Kitter, you will play a crucial role in preparing materials and components for assembly or production by gathering and organizing them into kits.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Kit Preparation: Gather and organize materials, components, and parts into kits according to work orders, assembly instructions, or production schedules.

2. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of materials and components used for kitting. Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies as needed.

3. Quality Assurance: Verify the accuracy and completeness of kits before distribution to production areas. Inspect items for damage or defects and report any issues to supervisors.

4. Documentation: Document kit contents, quantities, and any special instructions using inventory management software or manual records. Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

5. Workflow Support: Support production or assembly teams by delivering kits to designated workstations or departments in a timely manner. Assist in expediting urgent orders or rush requests as required.

6. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while handling materials and operating warehouse equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe working environment.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, kitting, or inventory management is beneficial.

• Familiarity with inventory software or systems used for tracking materials is a plus.

• Shift Availability: Day & Swing

• Pay: $19-$22/hr

Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
