Robert Half Rental Coordinator in San Jose, California

Description We are seeking a Rental Coordinator to join our team in San Jose, California. This role primarily revolves around managing rental inquiries and operations for our banquet hall. As a Rental Coordinator, your main duties would involve responding to client inquiries, conducting venue tours, and maintaining detailed records for each event. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client communication via phone and email and respond to rental inquiries promptly.

• Conduct face-to-face tours of the premises for potential clients.

• Schedule and manage follow-up appointments to discuss layout, accept payments, and answer venue-related questions.

• Keep organized, detailed records for every event to ensure smooth operations.

• Accurately input information into our existing form contracts and complete signing with clients.

• Seek feedback from clients post-event to improve our service offering.

• Recommend preferred vendors to clients and ensure new vendors are well-acquainted with the hall requirements.

• Accept payments, generate receipts, and follow up with clients to ensure timely payment.

• Utilize software tools such as MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and Quickbooks Online for administrative tasks.

• Leverage your skills in Customer Service and Sales to enhance client relationships and drive revenue. Requirements • Must possess excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction

• Experience in sales is required, preferably in a rental or similar industry

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook is essential for managing tasks and communications

• Knowledge of pricing strategies and techniques to optimize rental revenue

• Experience with Quickbooks Online for efficient financial management

• Strong administrative skills for effectively coordinating rental processes

• Ability to assist in various administrative tasks and support the rental team as needed
