McAfee, Inc. Senior Partner Product Manager in Frisco, Texas

Role Overview:

We are looking for senior leader to drive growth for McAfee Products and Solutions with our strategic OEM partners. The suitable candidate will play a critical role in shaping new joint Go To Market models, co-define partner roadmap and user journeys, manage relationship with partner counterparts and represent McAfee with the partners and internal stakeholders for defining and aligning product plans with McAfee overall product roadmap.

This is based in United States as a remote position. We will only consider candidates currently in The United States and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.

About the role

  • You will establish technical and business objectives, thinking through innovative solutions and addressing challenging partner requirements.

  • You will influence McAfee’s largest OEM partners to adopt McAfee product strategy, building upon a deep understanding of the business, products and services, and the needs of the partner.

  • You will actively work on new use cases and GTM models to grow common customer base.

  • You will work collaboratively across McAfee functions including Sales, Product Management, Marketing and Engineering to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment & outcomes driving innovation and delivering against partner commitments.

  • You will address product needs in a data driven, value focused manner to impact McAfee roadmap.

  • You will deliver high-impact presentations, effectively representing McAfee’s products and value to partners at all levels.

  • You will lead a prioritized roadmap, understand AI driven product strategy and deliver crisp product requirements easily understood by technical and non-technical groups, drive technical guidance for partnership and integration with partners.

About You:

  • You have eight plus years’ experience with Product Management, Product Marketing and/or Technical Account Management, preferably in a B2BC model.

  • Experience presenting to partners and executives, including new products and technical opportunities.

  • Experience in research, validation, and prioritizing of requirements, and sharing results both internally and externally.

  • You have strong technical acumen and are data driven, with the ability to measure the health of the project/s by using appropriate metrics.

  • Experience using Microsoft suite, Windows ecosystem and cloud platforms.

  • You are fluent in English with high proficiency in writing and facilitating small group communications.

  • One or more of the following will be considered a plus:

  • Experience in delivering consumer software product solutions to OEMs including monetization.

  • Experience in cyber security products.

  • You have global experience.
